Scott Henson Architect, LLC is a full service architecture firm committed to working closely with property owners and managers to find technical, innovative and economical solutions to restore and rehabilitate their buildings. Our particular expertise is in the preservation and restoration of historic buildings. We have extensive experience in forensic investigation, material selection and detailing, and all aspects of construction and construction management. Our primary focus is the assessment, evaluation and analysis of building exteriors, comprehensive conditions reports, construction documents and repair specifications, preparation of full and phased construction cost estimates, city agency filing, and contract procurement and administration. Our portfolio includes condo and co-op buildings, private residences, commercial and industrial properties. We also provide interior design services and capital improvement evaluations for apartments, lobbies, storefronts, and common spaces.
